Job posting for database completion for an IT service

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to assist us in completing our database by adding email contacts, phone numbers, and other relevant information for individuals from ten domains. We have tens of thousands of individual records and a list of ten domains where the selected information can be found. In the future, we will also require an extension of the project to include an additional thirty domains. The current pricing only covers the initial ten domains.

Requirements:

- Retrieve email addresses and phone numbers, along with internal extension numbers if applicable, while maintaining a consistent format.

- Email addresses should follow the format: first_part@domain. Phone numbers should not contain spaces or additional characters such as (), +, etc.

- The data should be placed in a file.

Additional conditions:

- If an email address is not provided on the entities' websites, you should generate an address based on the email address patterns of at least five other employees within the respective organization. Then, mark "yes" in the column "Was the email generated?" to indicate which addresses were generated.

- Retrieve the import source link and include it in the "Download Source Link" column.

Remuneration:

- The deadline for completing the project is five days from the date of contract signing.

- The contract will be considered fulfilled upon delivering a minimum of 95% of the required data and 100% of the email addresses.

Additional information:

- The created database will be the property of the contracting party. The freelancer will not have any rights to the database and will not be able to resell or dispose of it.
