Web application to manage apartment tenants

Good day, I will commission the writing of a responsive web application, the recipient of which is a real estate lease manager

Functionality:

- Crud operations on tenants and properties

- Operations of check-in, check-out of tenants

- Calendar with payment dates for rent or additional services (utilities, parking, etc.) from tenants available to the manager

- Automatic generation of bills for tenants based on templates, the manager only confirms the invoices in the panel

- Ability to generate "test bills"

- Automatic emailing of bills to tenants after approval by the manager

- Identification / Handling of mass transfers - integration with banks (so far one, BNP Paribas), where on the bills we have a proxy account number for each tenant (thanks to this we identify transactions) and everything goes to one account

- display of payment information and general statistics in the manager's dashboard
