Wanted graphic designer/graphic agency for permanent cooperation

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED Graphic Designer/Graphic Agency for permanent cooperation on a commission basis. Currently needs to prepare graphics m.n.i advertising banners, email footer, Graphics for allegro, fanpage background on facebook. Later, in the framework of permanent cooperation, we will implement further projects according to current needs. In the next stage, I foresee, among other things, work on product photos and graphics for the web store 🙂

Requirements:

knowledge of the technical aspects when it comes to the format and size and guidelines of the graphics created on the various platforms ( allegro,facebook, wordpress store, etc)

Contact/understanding of the aquarium industry - which will greatly facilitate cooperation. 🙂

Creativity and independence - I'm not looking for a graphic designer using schemes to create graphics, on the principle of ,, copy, paste, , but I'm looking for a creator from himself with passion and commitment.

Patience - some projects will sometimes require a few/some corrections - with a wink 😉 .
