Visualize MariaDB table data on Synology NAS

Looking for someone who can write a website on a synology NAS device (such as DS223j) where MariaDB will be put. Maria DB will have two important tables in which are the results of various measurements. I am anxious to make a page that will allow displaying this data and filtering by date and min/max values - maybe something else will come out but nothing serious (just filters). In addition, it would be nice if there was an option to export the data to any format compatible with excel (such as CSV).
