1. presenting the offer to potential customers
2. to collect purchase objections
2. preparing FAQs
3. development of conversation scenarios and message templates
4. post-purchase service
5. reminding of overdue consultations
6. Assistance in case of technical problems (failed order, non-payment, changes in the invoice or its issuance)
We require quick and creative thinking, empathy, negotiation skills and sales talent.
