We are looking for a person who will support us in activities described as office support.
We are a company that sells organic vegetables (grown in a very innovative way). Because we are just starting out we are not looking for people to hire full time, but there are more and more things for which we need support. We are not looking for a person who is an expert in every field with thousands of certifications. We are looking for a person who is conscientious, disciplined, accurate, creative and able to point out a better solution.
In general, we would like such a person to support us in:
- handling general company correspondence. We require knowledge of English
- finding potential addresses/contacts, communicating with them and establishing basic information (e.g. we are looking for a manufacturer of cardboard boxes - contacting several - collecting information and preparing a file with information). The important thing is the idea and the desire to find something. We do not build mega-bases because that is not what we care about.
- conducting various types of summaries, e.g. competitor prices, market analysis, costs, etc.
- assistance in running tasks in Asana
- Help in running CRM (Pipedrive) - if you don't know, it's nothing difficult. Just the basic stuff: entering a contact or modification, taking care of data quality
- ability to write short texts for letters, flyers, SM, etc. This is not writing books :)
- ability to work on simple graphics programs - if you need to prepare some small graphics quickly, for example, canva. We are not looking for graphic designers, but people with the sense to properly prepare graphics if needed.
- taking care of documentation archiving - we work on Google Drive
- ability to prepare small presentations
- assistance in maintaining profiles on Facebook and Linkedin - this is not a key element so it will not take more than 1h a week. This is not what we focus on.
