UX audit and optimisation of the wordpress website and its user experience

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to do a UX audit, help us with re-arranging elements on a website set up on wordpress and implementing these changes. Additionally, we need to sort out the functionality of our wordpress site from the admin panel. We want the website to be as editable as possible from the perspective of the panel in wordpress. At the moment, our site is hosted by an agency that mainly creates dedicated sites, so when we need to add some functionality this happens (probably) via editing code changes, which is inefficient for us in the long run.

It would be even more wonderful if the person who does all this could also guide us in terms of website analytics - we'd like to implement monitoring of user behaviour via heatmaps and movement recordings + hook up Pixel and Linkedin tagging.
