Update of the EU (ex EU-28 + UK) regulatory database on electric scooters applicable legislation

1. contacting representatives of 27 countries 28 (plus UK) to update electric scooters database (according to already prepared email plus possessed form and shared emails -> in case of no follow-up response, trying alternative contact - in cooperation with principal / his representative).

In most cases I assume that the legislation has not changed (base year 2020), hence most of the answers may be "no change".

2. development of database in the form of a table for publication (based on an already existing table -> its update).
