Update an Existing Flyer in Adobe InDesign

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to update an existing flyer created in Adobe InDesign.

The flyer’s current design and layout should be maintained as much as possible, but the text and images need to be replaced with new content that I will provide. The updated flyer should have a professional, clean, and visually appealing appearance.

Scope of Work

Replace the existing text with the new text provided

Replace the current images with the new pictures provided

Adjust the layout and formatting where necessary

Ensure that the typography, spacing, alignment, and overall design are consistent

Check the document for spelling, formatting, and visual errors

Prepare the final files for both printing and digital use

Materials Provided

I will provide:

The existing Adobe InDesign file

The new text

The new pictures

Any additional instructions regarding the content or layout

Deliverables

Please provide:

A print-ready PDF

A web/digital PDF

The updated editable Adobe InDesign file

Any linked images and fonts, if necessary, preferably as a packaged InDesign folder

Requirements

Experience working with Adobe InDesign

Previous experience updating flyers, brochures, or other printed materials

Good attention to detail

Ability to follow an existing design and make professional adjustments

Clear communication and reliable delivery
