Transcribing text from a PDF scan to a Word file

Description
We need the tasks saved in a pdf file to be transcribed into Word according to the format we have designated. The file mentioned is a collection of 110 tasks from the Investment Advisor exam, which looks as follows: https://www.knf.gov.pl/knf/pl/komponenty/img/Test_DI_I_etap_25_03_2018_61746.pdf
Initially, we will order the transcription of one, but we are open to further cooperation, depending on the final result.
The work is envisaged as quite mechanical, consisting strictly in the accurate transfer of tasks to a '.docx' file. We recommend manual transcription, as various converters tend to swap some letters or characters, which at first glance may not seem like a problem, but becomes one when working on the document further.
