System integration via API on Kohan.

Description

There is an API integration to be done on Kohan. Namely, you need to perform:

- downloading data from the API and inserting it as a post,

- deleting the data if it disappears from the API,

- updating the data every 5 minutes (CRON task, it can simply be a function call in a file),

- Adding an option to manually add events that will not be discarded as "data not from API" when the API is accualized,

- A button to manually update the API

Preferable solution
- A simple overlay on top of the current CMS built on Kohan that will add/edit/delete new posts from the API, but also provide the ability to manually add items outside of the API.
