Supporting a 2-day online conference

We are looking for a person to help us from the IT angle to support a 2-day online conference, on November 21-22, 2023.

Must-have: knowledge of zoom (webinars) + English.

Mileage (1): knowledge of zoom events.

Mileage (2): TV studio operation in zoom events, preparation and moderation.

Possible technical problems, based on previous online events: problems with users/participants logging in, problems with joining webinars e.g. by zoom not being updated (but participant doesn't know it), speaker not being seen (camera on), speaker not being heard (microphone on), etc. It is difficult to predict what will happen.
