Sub-page / one page with colour wheel

Creating a subpage with something like: https:/www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/ and underneath, when the customer selects a colour, it will show them the matching colours. Here it is even more nicely developed:

https:/colorffy.com/colour-scheme-generator?colour=2af89c (preferably the colour selection wheel from 1 link + functionality from 2 link - the idea is to show multiple colour alternatives). We have a shop on Prestashop and it would be nice if it would be possible to make a subpage, if not it could be as a separate page (as a subdomain for example) or another solution.

Required features
A colour can be selected and, based on this, the system is supposed to match colours that match the main colour. Working principle as in https:/www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/
