Good day,
I am looking for a person who will analyze and diagnose the bottlenecks in my system.
I run an accounting office I use Insert programs (GT series). I have a database server and about 100 database clients at the moment a single database does not exceed 1GB. Ends that connect to the database are currently 5 (positions). The database engine is SQL Express. The program and server are updated on a regular basis.
Sometimes the program freezes and you have to wait from a good dozen seconds to a minute or two for a response to a query. I would like to diagnose what is wrong and possibly implement corrective actions. The report should include a description of the problem with evidence (indicators) and a solution (e.g. you need to increase the memory, or change the database to full SQL, or buy a new server, or it's a setup issue, etc.).
I will provide the selected person with login information to the system.
