Specialist to refine page on Framer site

I am looking for a person to help me customize an already finished website created in Framer. Currently there is only a desktop version, and I need it to be fully responsive, including tablet and mobile versions.

Scope of work:

-Adapting the existing desktop version to the tablet and mobile versions,

-Making sure that all elements of the site (text, images, buttons) are correctly displayed on smaller screens,

The site consists of 5 sub-pages that need to be scaled and optimized accordingly.
