Software Engineering Interview Consultant (Remote)

We are seeking fluent English speakers with strong software engineering knowledge to participate in live technical and HR interviews for EU and U.S. tech companies.

- Role Summary

You will represent assigned candidate profiles during remote interviews, including HR, technical, and final rounds, using provided resumes and background information.

- Responsibilities

• Attend live video interviews on behalf of candidates

• Communicate professionally with recruiters and engineering teams

• Handle multiple interview tracks (2–3 roles)

• Work remotely with internal coordination team

- Requirements

• Strong English communication skills

• Solid software engineering knowledge (backend, cloud, databases, web)

• Comfortable with technical and behavioral interviews

• Ability to multitask across roles

- Compensation

• EU roles: $800 – $1,500

• U.S. roles: $1,000 – $2,000

• Optional development work: up to 40%–45% share

• Interview-only: 17%–20% share
