Plan and execute weekly content calendar for Instagram/TikTok/Facebook

Create and post Reels/Shorts, Stories, and simple graphics (CapCut/Canva)

Write captions + strong CTAs to drive app installs and campaign participation

Manage community: reply to DMs/comments, engage with followers, repost UGC

Run campaign/contest communication: launch posts, reminders, leaderboard/winner updates

Coordinate with designers/creators/influencers (briefs, schedules, approvals)

Track performance weekly (reach, engagement, clicks/installs) and improve content based on results

Requirement

Must speak Polish + English (written + spoken), comfortable on camera and interviewing people.

Should be located in Warsaw. Work mode is remote, but interviews and team meetings will happen offline.

Should be structured and clear and update properly on work items.

After one month if work is good, then interested can move into Long term contract.
