SMM & Digital Marketing Specialist (Warsaw / Remote)

We are the new brand entering the Polish market with a collection of high-quality French perfumes. We are looking for a skilled and proactive SMM & Digital Marketing Specialist who will help us build a strong presence in Poland from the ground up.

What you will do:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy tailored to the Polish audience

Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook & Instagram)

Create engaging content (text, visuals, campaigns) aligned with our brand

Launch and optimize Google Ads and paid social media campaigns

Help Polish customers get to know and love Prima Mila

Monitor performance, track analytics, and suggest improvements

What we expect:

Experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content creation (min. 1 year)

Understanding of the Polish digital and consumer market

Creativity, responsibility, and initiative

Fluent Polish (native or near-native) + English and Russian (working level)

Interest in beauty, fragrance, or luxury products is a plus
