Site code analysis - finding and eliminating slow loading

Site on WP + WP Bakery and Salient.

Slow loading of all pages (the main page where there are images, but also pages with minimal text content without a banner).

None of them pass pagespeed positively.

Webp, cache has been applied.

I presume a problem or some option in the theme of the site.

Need a detective to unravel this.
