Simple wordpress website - short deadline for completion

I am looking for a programmer who, based on the project prepared in figma, will prepare a wordpress website.

The order consists of:

4 static pages

video in the background of the main page

blog section + ostylation of the blog posts themselves [with the option of next/prev posts]

3 sliders - testimonials / blog posts and 'recommendations'

all elements can be operated [edited] from the CMS level

website made also for mobile

it is important that the site is ready by the end of this month - if the deadline is impossible - do not apply.

Please specify the expected maximum amount of remuneration for such a project.
