We are looking for a person to create a very simple order form for an e-commerce project. We are interested in working with a person who can add new features to the form in the future as further orders.

Features:

1. a simple order form with basic validation

2. saving parameters from GET/POST to the order

3. order acknowledgement (and passing the parameters in GET)
