Simple design modification for 3D printing - STL

Please give me a quote for modifications to the provided STL design. Dyson vacuum cleaner adapter project. The following items are to be changed:

1. adding to the design the adjustment of air flow through the adapter.

2. splitting the design into 3 parts (top part, bottom part and rim for adjustment) - so that at the end the rim goes between the two parts, and the parts fit nicely together

3. modification of the cone, on which a different tip will enter

I ask for specific proposals for the pricing of the entire modification, along with any minor adjustments, for example, to make the rim fit and move smoothly.

STL file in the attachments, the target photo also - I will give the dimensions after selecting the person for implementation.
