Job description
I will order the preparation of a simple CRM for Wordpress (admin area below) with a registration and login area for the client (client area)
Admin area:
- the ability to create administrative accounts and assign users to them according to the selected category
- grouping contacts according to defined categories
- the possibility of accepting the data entered and sent in the form by the user
- the ability to add contacts, edit contacts
- export / import of contacts to xlxs, pdf, csv according to given criteria
- the ability to add / define your own fields to user profiles (massively and individually)
- uploading the logotype, address data / footer
- generating pdf reports for an individual user according to a given period and reports on the status of all users
- possibility of manual / automatic inclusion of individual confirmations / reports in user profiles
- information / prompt about pending cases / messages
Client area:
- the ability to upload a profile photo
- displaying name and surname, ID, category
- view of a simple form with a few fields for adding items on the invoice, uploading pdf / png.jpg files, automatic sum of values, sorting by date, type; filtering by date, date range and type, export to pdf / xlx
- an archive of information sent by the user (impossible to delete after the administrator's approval)
- the indication "accepted" when sending the form and after accepting the administrator
- possibly the history of changes made by the user and admin
