Several-second film animation with sound

I am looking for a person to make a simple animation/video for me similar to:

Except that it would be a snow blizzard, much softer inputs, a piano in the background and sounds at the entrance of the subtitles, so that there would be a “cinematic effect” :)

The animation/film would consist of just the subtitles, at the end I would like to show the book cover.

I am keen to create the illusion of a movie trailer, 10 seconds max. I send the aesthetics in the attachment, the text is a total of 2-3 short sentences.
