Script for handling SMS via API/GET

The order is to develop a simple knowledge contest (answers: A, B, C, D) via SMS. All the user's answers are transmitted to the URL via the GET method, these answers should be written down in the database.

Example query for sending SMS message:

The whole thing is to be in a simple panel (bootstrap or other ready-made) where you will be able to see the preview of the contestants and manage the content of the knowledge contest.

We are asking for submissions from contractors who know PHP well with the ability to plan and develop the application, we foresee the development of this script by further Useme orders.

We are NOT interested in working with people who specialize in Wordpres, page-builders, etc. We are looking for a contractor with experience in pure PHP, Frameworks, API's, CURL's, etc.
