Running a server and portal on Drupal

I have a dedicated server that has been lying dormant for a long time, there is a portal based on Drupal 7 (if I remember correctly). I would like to launch this service and convert all the pages of the site to regular html (so as to, in a sense, kill drupal). On the site there is also a phpbb forum - it also needs to be launched - this remains to be agreed in case of further cooperation.

The site is quite large - the files alone contain about a few GB, as well as the database.

I will also need help with the transfer of the domain.
