We are currently searching for a REST API Developer for our international customer in Stuttgart!
Job description:
-Analyze the Business Requirement Specifications & Functional Requirement Specifications
-Communicates directly with Business Analyst, Business stakeholders
-Prepare High level & Low level design documents along with Technical Specifications
-Prepare test scenarios, unit test cases
-Perform Unit Testing, Developer System Integration Testing using tools such as POSTMAN, SOAPUI
-Support SIT, UAT & Fix defects
-Participate in Change & Release meetings
-Perform Code Deployment & Warranty Support
Skillset must have:
-4-10 years’ Hands on experience in web service development- both in REST & SOAP API’s development & management
-Backend java development including Microservice experience
-Extensive experience in Spring framework & other persistence framework like Hibernate/JPA, etc.
-Hands on experience in preparing Junit test cases and fair knowledge on code quality tools such as SonarQube
-Hands on experience in GIT as SCM tool (Release, branch, code merge & conflicts resolutions), JIRA, Jenkins, POSTMAN, SOAPUI
-Agile Delivery model
-Knowledge on Change, release & deployment process
-50% of the resource should have German language skill
Skillset nice to have:
-Basic knowledge on DevOps process and usage experience on CI & CD pipeline
-Good communication and attitude to learn new technologies quickly
-Good Insurance knowledge, preferably in the Life Insurance
Project language: Business fluency in written and spoken in both German and English languages

Remote: Yes, until Covid Pandemic situation ends.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12+ months
Day per week: 5 days/week
