I am looking for a company or freelancer to create a simple system for managing apartments for rent.

Adding and cataloging properties (address, price, door code, availability, etc.).

Contract management (tenant/owner data, contract period, attaching scans)

Payment management (rent, electricity, tax, etc., with payment deadlines)

Breakdowns (assignment to properties and description of breakdowns)

Employees (income, number of properties, etc.)

Two access categories: Employee/Administrator/Accounting.

All solutions on the market are too complicated and inadequate for our needs.
