Rebuilt and added elements to wordpress website

I am looking for a person who will undertake to update a working site put on wordpress with a working template. It is a complex company website, and the features we would like to add are:

- new menu (simplification and visual improvement)

- redesign of the Home Page:

+ adding a section with hiring people in the form of a photo carousel,

+ adding a section with recent blog posts,

+ adding a section with recent instragram posts,

- rebuilding the about us tab

+ adding a section with reviews,

+ adding a section with our successes (banner with information about completed orders, satisfied customers)

+ adding an interactive graphic with links to subpages (points on the graphic, directing to subpages)

- refreshing the tab about us.
