Putting up a website based on a project in Figma (in April)

Hi,

I need to find a person who can put me a pixel perfect website - it will be my portfolio based on my design in Figma.

I need someone who will explain to me how to buy a domain, how to pay etc. In return I will answer any questions about design, interaction, scaling, anything I can help with. As if such a person has at least one project in the portfolio based on a file in Figma then please indicate exactly which one.

For now, the project promises to be ready in mid-April. I'm planning 4 sub-pages (homepage, 2 case studies, contact) for desktop (I'm designing 1440x900) and mobile, but maybe this will develop - please include this in the quote if you need anything else to design.

There will be one downloadable attachment on the site in several places (my resume).

Please also write how familiar you are with animations, for now I don't have a plan for them yet, but I may want to include some moving object on the site.
