✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creation and coordination of multimedia projects (cross-function) in the area of digital (audio, video);
• Project management, incl. building a project schedule, acquiring a project team, delegating tasks, controlling their timely implementation, content planning, promotion planning, preparation of promotional materials, monitoring of traffic and effectiveness of activities;
• Efficient management of the work of team members;
• Taking care of the quality of the coordinated project and team;
• Reporting on the implementation of project activities;
• Project budgeting;
• Preparation of multimedia presentations, offers;
• Providing constructive feedback and building a brief;
• Cooperation with customers outside and inside the organization;
• Cooperation with the graphic department, taking care of the visual coherence of projects;
• Copywriting;
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of comprehensive marketing, multimedia, or IT projects;
• Having basic skills, knowledge in the field of video editing;
• Using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro; PowerPoint;
• Use of PPTX, MP3, MP4, MOV formats;
• Focus on results and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Independence in action
• Ability to use the Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel) - min. intermediate
• Highly developed competencies of the organization and working time;
• Ingenuity and commitment to implemented projects;
• Interest in the latest trends in the field of multimedia, video, and technological novelties;
• Knowledge of apple hardware;
• Communicative knowledge of English;
