Problem with change (lowering stock) on prestashop-baselinker store

Hello, we have a problem with changing (lowering the stock) pcs after selling on one of the marketplace (shopee), on allegro it works fine. After buying on allegro everything works fine. We handle everything through baselinker. Baselinker indicated that the problem may be with the status of ID 12 on the store.

For the time being we have to update the statuses manually all the time. BL indicates some problem on the side of our prestashop store.
