Preparing a blog on Wordpress

I am looking for a person who will create / prepare a blog-type website based on Wordpress for later independent management.

Need:

- initial consultation regarding the choice of template and / or page builder (elementor or thrive architect or generate press etc.)

- installation and configuration

- possible visual and structural changes in the template to match your needs

- installation and configuration of the most important plugins in terms of website optimization, e.g. nitropack and possible extension of the website, content on it, e.g. Elementor or another page builder

- at the end of 20-30 minutes. telephone consultation with information about what, where and how to continue using everything

I need a person who has a more comprehensive knowledge of wodpress, plugins, builders to choose the appropriate Wordpress tools in terms of optimization, appearance and future expansion of the website.

Due to the fact that there are many unknowns how much work this project will take, I would like to ask for the average price in the offer and possible price ranges for such cooperation.

I am also asking for information about experience in applied solutions.

If the cooperation is ok, longer cooperation is possible when creating such pages.
