Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
- Gathering data from various data sources and maintaining databases;
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques;
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets;
- Defining new process improvement opportunities ;
- Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in similar position analyzing data in MS PowerBI
- Data management related background (statistics, mathematics, IT education);
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills;
- Excellent practical knowledge of Excel;
- Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA would be an asset as well as experience working with ticketing systems;
- Extensive interpersonal skills, excellent planning skills and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time;
- Attention to details;
- Optimization driven approach;
- Fluency in English.
