Job Description

Role: Polish SEO Specialist (Freelance / Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Poland preferred)

Overview

We are looking for a freelance Polish SEO Specialist to support SEO growth for a European fintech and digital asset platform. The role focuses on improving organic search visibility in the Polish market through keyword research, SEO tracking, and content optimization.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on keyword research, performance tracking, and supporting content optimization.

The position is part-time / freelance and fully remote.

Responsibilities

Keyword Research

• Conduct keyword research for the Polish market

• Identify high-intent keywords related to fintech, digital assets, payments, and financial services

• Maintain and update a tracked keyword list (approximately 50–100 priority keywords)

SEO Tracking & Analysis

• Monitor keyword rankings and search visibility

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations

• Track organic traffic performance and keyword ranking trends

Content Support

• Create SEO briefs for Polish-language articles

• Work with copywriters to ensure articles are optimized for search engines

• Review Polish content for keyword optimization and SEO best practices

Technical SEO Support

• Identify on-page SEO improvements

• Provide recommendations for internal linking and page optimization

• Coordinate with the marketing team on SEO improvements and priorities

Backlinks & Authority

• Identify backlink opportunities and relevant websites

• Support outreach and placement of external articles where needed

Requirements

Experience

• 2–5 years of SEO experience

• Experience working with Polish-language SEO projects

Skills

• Strong understanding of keyword research and ranking analysis

• Experience with SEO tools such as

Ahrefs

SEMrush

Google Search Console

• Ability to work in structured workflows and track deliverables

Language

• Native Polish required

• Professional English for communication with the team
