Polish Native Freelance Project Coordinator – Audio Guides & Customer Communication

About Nubart

Nubart (nubart.eu) provides digital audio-guide solutions for museums, exhibitions and cultural institutions. We are a small, international, fully remote team.

We are looking for a Polish native freelance collaborator to help us produce multilingual audio guides and communicate with Polish customers.

Languages are essential for this position. You must speak Polish natively and have excellent English, plus at least one of these languages fluently: German, Italian, French or Spanish. The more of these languages you speak fluently, the more interested we will be in your profile, as you will be able to work on a wider range of projects.

Your tasks may include:

Coordinating translators and voice artists

Communicating with suppliers in the languages you speak

Quality control of translations and audio recordings

Communicating directly with customers when required

Setting up audio guides in our CMS

Coordinating projects, deadlines and deliverables

Handling occasional communication with Polish customers

Supporting our international team with multilingual projects

We are looking for someone who is friendly, well organized, reliable and has excellent communication skills. Experience in project coordination, translation/localization, customer service, tourism, media or content production is a plus. Good general IT skills are important.

The position is fully remote, with flexible working hours. We currently expect around 20 hours per week, although this may fluctuate with workload. Payment is hourly, under a Polish contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).
