Hello,
I have a private advertising account on fb, which I used and collected data all the time (pixel). This account has the self-payment method enabled and unfortunately I cannot link it to the sales manager in the business account. I need to use the previously created pixel to create dynamic ads and to automatically download products from the online store to the store on fb.
The FB store was created from a company account (where this pixel is not attached as it should). I tried to delete this store on fb and create a new one from the connected private account to automatically download data from the pixel, but it doesn't work for me either. I don't know if it is possible at all.
I will delegate it to someone who knows how to do it. I care about time.
