PHP developer with experience in Smarty and Bootstrap - Customization and redesign of an advertisement portal

I am looking for an experienced PHP programmer to gently customize an existing script for a service announcement portal and change its layout. The project is based on PHP technology, with a separate graphical layer using Smarty and Bootstrap. The script is divided into modules, which allows easy management of its various parts.
