We are an IT agency looking for a confident and strong communicator to join our team as a Telemarketing Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential leads, introduce our services, and schedule meetings with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the agency.
- Introduce and explain our IT services in a clear and professional manner.
- Build rapport with prospects and handle objections confidently.
- Schedule qualified meetings for our business development team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and meeting schedules.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken English/Polish).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation (IT domain preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work 3 days per week (part-time).
