Order management system

Good day,

I have more than a dozen woocomerce based store. It is laborious to log into each one individually to see if an order has been received.

I expect orders to flow from all theme stores into one system

The system would have functions

- Registration and login for admin and employees

- Executing every few minutes queries to the stores whether an order has been placed and downloading all customer data and the contents of the shopping cart.

- Entering the tracking number of the package into the system which will pass the information to X store

- Progress bar for order processing and package delivery based on the Api of the courier company DPD, InPost, DHL, Raben

- SMS notification for the employee and the administrator about a new order

- Accepting an order from the system level or rejecting it

- Automatic generation of VAT invoice and the ability to print a PDF or send it to the client's e-mail address

- system of correspondence with the customer (sending e-mail to the customer and when I receive a response to the company e-mail shows in the system for a given order

- Implementation of the above functions to a simple layout
