Description

The order consists in developing a questionnaire that must be completed by the user (a few steps) - the data is to be saved in the database, the customer can view the data after entering the login and password required to complete the survey. The last step of the survey is Dotpay micropayments (PLN 10) after which the survey is marked as "Paid"

We provide PSD files for each step + accurate information on what to do at each step. To be written in any PHP / Python / Ruby framework as conveniently as possible.
