OCR Azure Computer Vision establishing connection, saving results, searching in the database

I will commission a connection to Azure Computer Vision to recognize text in pictures. OCR service.

Here's how what the script would do:

1. The user attaches a photo, sends it to the server

2. The photo is saved

3. The script starts the connection to Azure by
