Obtaining investors for real estate investments

I am looking for a person/people to assist in raising funds from private individuals for investment in residential properties in Poznan. We have completed more than 20 apartment projects involving renovation and/or rearrangement, homestaging and sales. We currently have another 15 apartments in the pipeline. We focus on townhouses in the city center. Quite a few people among friends are investing privately with us, and we need help with reaching a wider audience of interested parties.

I am open to different concepts, additional marketing budget is possible.

-> Remuneration up to 15,000 per 500,000 capital raised (when raising more or less amount settled proportionally)

-> Working 100% remotely

-> Ongoing support from my side

-> Longer cooperation possible
