Description

The database is indifferent, it can be mongodb or mysql or anything else to function well.

In the database:

Users: commissioner / contractor

The offer that the user can accept and enter specific data.

After logging in, the user (principal) can submit an offer, (contractor) sees the offer and can accept / cancel it, accepts the data after acceptance

Offers are to contain dates, localities, postal codes related to a specific town, after clicking on the offer (contractor) see more specific data.
