Need UX/UI expert for PC turned based, strategy game.

I am looking for an UX/UI game dev expert who can design UI and propose some potential UX improvements to my game.

My game us a turned based strategy game on PC. It uses a unique "old map" style, with toned-down palette of colours .

Whole game is happening on the main map screen, with some modals and windows that either display additional information, or allow to choose an action.

Currently I have something that works, but not necessarily looks good.

I want to have something that matches the style of the game, but also simply speaking looks and works better.

Ideally if that could be a set of elements that could be reused in different modals. Bonus points if the UI system could support different modal/window sizes (or at least resizing it slightly is not breaking the look and feel), as game is still in the early stage and some of these windows can change it sizes.

Font type, color, size recommendation would also be great.

Thirdly, I am not sure how to display resource amount - not only in the top nav, but also in different modals/windows when we want to display requirements in specific amount of resources.

To summarise.

I want to replace all existing UI elements of the game: to replace them with better windows, modals, buttons, labels, fonts, and colors.

I also want some proposals on how to improve UX, by introducing new elements, removing old or redesigning existing - either for better usability, or readability.
