Move the website to a different layout, modify the payment. On the page before displaying the price list, there must be a choice of whether the seller is Vat - then the price list of services will be net + 23% VAT, and payment will be by Cashbill. When selecting "I am a consumer or business without Vat, the prices will be in the shopping cart without Vat, and the amount is directed to Bluemedia and to the account of another business.
