Hello, I am looking for a person to modernize and build sites based mainly on wordpress.

Currently there is one site to be modernized - time until August 15.

Guidelines for the second site will be by Sunday/Monday.

1. add one sub-page with regulations.

2. link to this sub-page should be somewhere in the bottom footer

3. put about 5 pdf files on this page.
