Job description
We are looking for a Contractor to link the calendars of several people in the company, in such a way that everyone can see their availability. We currently use the following domains:
- Gmail
- Nazwa.pl (Cloud mail)
- Ionos
E-mails from nam.pl and ionos are linked to Outlook but we cannot share them. They are saved locally, not remotely, which makes sharing them impossible. We want to create one "system" in which all calendars are visible, so that we can better manage time and meetings.
We don't want to program new software, or apps. We want to find a ready-made solution that will help us solve this problem.
We want to find an equivalent of Outlook, which will allow us to receive emails from different domains at the same time, as well as share calendars with each other.
