Marketing Manager
8-figure DTC brand. Steel tongue drums. Bootstrapped, profitable. Tripled YoY in 2025. Targeting 2x in 2026. 30 people, fully remote.
I run marketing directly. I've outgrown that. I need someone to absorb 60-70% of marketing ops, run projects end-to-end, and learn how I think.
You'll own:
Creative pipeline (briefs → editors → review → launch)
Editor pod (5-7 editors, 1:1s, performance, onboarding)
UGC pipeline with our creator manager
Marketing hiring + recruiter screens
Project execution end-to-end
Weekly reporting and ops
Hands-on, not pure management. Some weeks 60% writing briefs and giving feedback. Other weeks 60% PM. Allergic to the work? Not a fit.
Stack: Notion, Slack, Air.inc, Motion, Higgsfield, Loom, Mercury, Recruitee, Fireflies, Manus AI, Shopify, Meta, AppLovin, Amazon, Claude. Pick up new tools in 24-48h.

Excited by making the machine run, not defining the brand
Read feedback as fuel
Who you're not:
Strategist who won't roll up sleeves
Freelancing for multiple clients
Bali/Thailand/Medellín/lifestyle hub
Big-corp-only career
"Left because of [bad manager/culture]"
