Manychat tool - setup, first automations on IG, documentation

Hi, we are an online store selling baby beds and mattresses. We are active on IG/FB, slowly starting (finally!) to operate on tiktok.

I am taking my first steps with the Manychat tool - need help here. What do we want to achieve?

- automatic replies to comments

- automatic replies to messages (the message contains the word RABAT -> the customer receives a message with a code, etc.)

- automation of posts / reels --> comment XYZ and I will send you a link to this product link to a coloring book for your toddler etc.

- a short documentation (screenshots), so that if I need to know how to change / correct something
